Hello, I would like to provide my support of the above filing for Grayscale Bitcoin Trust being converted into an ETF. As a retail investor, a significant amount of my portfolio is in GBTC, and I know that conversion to an ETF would benefit many US investors in this trust and public as well. As an fairly well-informed investor, I am aware that other jurisdictions, namely Canadian regulatory authorities, have already approved a Bitcoin ETF. The United States is normally a leader in technology and regulation, and I think the time is more than suitable to approve a Bitcoin ETF for the United States investment markets. This move would not only allow the United States continue to lead in this important sector but also benefit a large portion of the public who invests. Please approve of the Bitcoin ETF for Grayscale.
