Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The fact that only futures ETF have been approved up to now is making me lose faith in the work you are doing. Its time for a Spot product to be made available to Americans. Sincerely, DJ Lakew
