Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I do believe a spot ETF run by the largest Bitcoin fund, GBTC, makes sense. We have other countries ahead of us now such as Canada related to innovation. At the age of 21 I can gamble and throw all my money away at a casino. It’s more unsafe at this point not regulating and working with the crypto community. I know you all Have more than enough to balance, but it is time to move. We need to move as a country. We need to push forward. Innovate. Step up. I know we have the worlds reserve dollar. We are the dominant country, but let’s innovate and launch off to a new chapter as we hopefully get through Covid. It’s time for someone to step up and dial this in.
