Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As Bitcoin matures as an alternative investment so should the investment vehicles like GBTC be allowed to mature into ETFs. This would lower the management fees, trading fees and remove price premiums: all to the benefit of an investor. Sincerely, Dariusz Listopadzki
