To the SEC I am a 65 yr old woman in PA. I have my own business and I have managed my investments for over 40 years. I believe there is a case for BTC as a source of investment power. I am writing to request that you make GBTC the Bitcoin Spot ETF - Form 19b-4. They have shown themselves to be leaders in this field and I trust their management. Constance Healey
