To whom it may concern: I am a former combat medic in the Navy and a graduate of Columbia University where I studied philosophy. I now serve my community in the mortgage industry. Bitcoin is a technology created with the values of transparency, equity, freedom and inclusivity. It is the largest value network of its kind. I implore those involved in the selection regarding this decision to act in favor of allowing Bitcoin backed ETFs. It’s baffling to me as in investor when I see a futures backed ETF of bitcoin but not allow an ETF of the actual asset. Thank you for your time. Mike Cruz
