Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the approval of spot Bitcoin etfs generally and as part of that, the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in Virginia and think after approving a Bitcoin futures etf, it is a no brainer to also approve Bitcoin spot etfs. It does not protect investors to approve a futures etf, but not a spot etf.
