Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It’s clear that BTC has a place in this world and is here to stay. To continue to deny the request from Grayscale (and others for that matter) is akin to denying reality for pure political gain.
