Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently reside in the state of Pennsylvania, and I believe that the United States must accelerate innovation in this asset class if it wishes to continue to remain a global leader. Countries like Switzerland already have spot-traded Bitcoin ETPs. It’s high time for the United States to resume it’s leadership position. Sincerely, Rocktim Datta
