Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It makes zero sense there isn't a spot etf. You aren't protecting investors you are hurting them. Look at how many frauds of companies you let list via spac. Really sad.
