Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a Florida resident and a long time holder of bitcoin. I feel an ETF for bitcoin is long overdue. Approving a futures EFT but not a spot ETF is doing the opposite of protecting retail investors.
