Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am living in New York and Bitcoin has been an incredible tool for me to protect my wealth for the long term. Having a spot Bitcoin ETF would give me another tool to use. Please consider!
