Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is simply unfair situation for GBTC as well as for other spot ETF applicants not to be approved. I believe in fairness of opportunities that the USA is built upon.
