Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. You are harming retail investors and stifling innovation in the United States by not approving a spot ETF. I can understand the reluctance to not approve other crypto currencies but there is a very large distinction between bitcoin and “crypto”. It’s time folks at the SEC did their homework.
