Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think its important to give common day investors the choice that we all want! Bitcoin is the future and not allowing a spot ETF is limiting certain investors that want Bitcoin in a traditional investment account. Please pass the BTC spot ETF! Sincerely, Calvin Salter
