Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We are a nation of soveirgn individuals who need the ability to make our own financial decisions. I can appreciate the SEC's initial approach to protecting US citizens but Bitcoin has clearly shown itself to be a viable financial asset and we should grant easier access to it.
