Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of the state of North Carolina, I’m concerned the United States is falling behind in its ability to provide a modern asset class exposure through proven companies like Fidelity and Grayscale. I also acknowledge our neighbors to the north who were able to put a spot bitcoin ETF equivalent through its paces relatively quickly. It is my sincere hope that this email doesn’t go into digital oblivion, but rather is strongly considered and likely with many other emails as the SEC seeks to protect and provide value to taxpayers of the United States.
