SEC, I join in with the voices of many with my support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. With other countries already poised to open their own spot Bitcoin ETFs, like Australia who will do so twice this week, I feel as a loyal native patriot of the United States of America that we need to be the first and best in this crypto asset industry. Like the space race of the past, the digital asset race is going to sculpt the next few generations (at least) and America needs to not just remain the leader of the free world, but grow in strength using the exponential upward trajectory of this technology. Converting Grayscale to a spot Bitcoin ETF will be the next largest move the USA can make towards this great goal. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely, Cory Ferguson
