Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin backed exchange traded products have been approved by governments around the world. It is time for this to also be allowed in my state of Michigan. Sincerely, Landon Johnson
