Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I don’t see the reason why a spot bitcoin ETF has not been approved. The futures ETF was approved which does not protect investors any differently than a spot ETF. It is time for GBTC to be converted over to a spot ETF. Sincerely, Jeremy Meahl
