Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Many leading economies across the world have paved the way for this decision. Empirical evidence clearly shows that risks entailed in swap-based products substantially exceed those of spot vehicles. In addition, our country needs to prove its global leadership in technology in order to remain competitive on the global landscape.
