Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Hello I live in Florida, my 401k performance is as follows: AAPL: -13% MSFT: -21% GOOG: -22% TSLA: -26% AMZN: -35% AMD: -40% $NVDA: -42% FB: -42% SQ: -49% PYPL: -59% NFLX: -71% SHOP: -77% RIVN: -79% I accepted this extreme volitility possibility when I invested i want the same ability to choose to invest in a gbtc converted spot Bitcoin fund like other countries have allowed knowing full well that at any point my investments can go down as low as Netflix has currently decimated my portfolio and i understand that the government won't help me if these investments go down.
