Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in NY, New York. I wanted to get a reasonable amount of Bitcoin exposure in my 401k and GBTC was the only option available, but it’s not spot so its price doesn’t correlate with the real market.
