Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from NJ. I put so much research and thought into Bitcoin and the future technology it will bring. There is absolutely no reason to treat the asset like this. Allow Greyscale to have to spot etf.
