Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. American adults should be given the liberty to decide where to invest their hard earned dollars. Bitcoin has proven to be a groundbreaking technology and investment asset, one which can serve as a store of value much like digital gold. There are many instruments today (e.g. ETFs) that are available to all Americans which invest in new groundbreaking technologies and expose investors to the volatility that comes with this type of investments.
