Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Spot ETFs are already available in other markets, and shareholders in the US should have the same availability. Bitcoin is not going away, and is becoming very commonly recommended as a portion of everyone's portfolio. An ETF is the easiest way to support American investors have access and are not technologically savvy to hold it themselves. Sincerely, Jian Ou-yang
