Dear SEC, I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world's largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a recently retired Registered Nurse in California. I have made wise financial decisions and now want to preserve the wealth I have accumulated. I have a percentage of my holdings in bitcoin and am in strong favor of a spot etf. Other countries have done so already; the U.S. should be leading in this new frontier, not lagging behind.
