To whom it may concern: I am a retired physician and I am invested in the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) in my IRA account. I am hoping that the SEC will approve conversion of the trust to a bitcoin ETF. This will lower the fees I pay and will result in the price of GBTC to more closely follow the spot price of bitcoin. Other countries have spot BTC ETFs that are functioning well and I feel the USA is getting behind the curve on new technology.
