Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please allow the market to decide winners and losers, and get out of the way. By hindering the market with regulatory uncertainty, incumbents are given the upper hand and US innovation is suppressed.
