I write to you as a US Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) shareholder, in support of the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. Futures-backed Bitcoin ETFs have already been approved, but spot Bitcoin ETFs continue to be rejected. As an investor, I should be able to choose if I'd like direct or futures-based exposure to the underlying asset. Please approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors. Thank you, Gloria
