Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. American people are not stupid, we deserve the option other country’s have with BTC spot ETFs. Personally I’m a young firefighter in the state of New York and would love to see this available for me to start using it as a retirement account dispute “volatility”. The lack of attention and the apposition i sense from the SEC against BTC is disheartening to say the least. Sincerely, Michael A. Cascio III
