Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The market need an Spot bitcoin ETF. It gives more Opportunity to participate in the crypto sector to people less sofisticated. Plus it will be a more secure environment for investors and institutions. The spot bitcoin etf , will follow more efficient the prices of Bitcoin and it will be cheaper than a trust.
