Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The spot ETF would give more people access to bitcoin and help millions of Americans save in an asset, pulling many out of poverty and providing financial freedom to all. This is the way.
