Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I own quite a bit of gbtc and am being negatively affected by the discount to spot rate because you have not approved gbtc to be a ETF. Your actions are hurting my family. I'm not sure who you think you're protecting but it sure isn't the investor. Randall Lewarchik
