Dear SEC, I’m writing as a US citizen living in Virginia... to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We need to continue to innovate in this space to avoid lagging behind globally. Please push GBTC as the first spot Bitcoin ETF sooner rather than later. Sincerely, Sith Soukkhaseum
