Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It does not make sense to me as an investor or a citizen why this has not taken place yet. GBTC is set up and positioned perfectly to be the first so let’s make it happen! Sincerely, Derrick B Evens
