Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It's obvious you guys approved the futures based bitcoin etf to facilitate price manipulation. The fact that you continue to refuse to approve a real bitcoin etf demonstrates that you're not a credible agency. Sincerely, Andrew
