Dear SEC, My name is Maxwell Sayles from Washington State. I personally hold GBTC in my 401k and know of family and friends who do as well. I am in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC). Enabling the conversion of this trust to an ETF, would allow the fund to efficiently track the price of Bitcoin, effectively eliminating premiums and discounts, and would reduce management fees. This would enable the fund to be more efficient and more accurately reflect the market, and would benefit the retirement portfolios of holders of this fund. Sincerely, Maxwell Sayles
