Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a retail investor, I want sovereignty over my money. I should be able to choose which assets to invest in and asses my own risk. Providing a Bitcoin ETF would allow me to invest in Bitcoin through my Roth IRA and have it grow tax free. It also allows me to avoid the hefty fees on the crypto exchanges.
