Hello, I am writing in support of bitcoin spot ETF conversion for Grayscale (GBTC). I believe the transition to a spot-based "physical" settlement will help minimize manipulation via futures trading and will provide a much more clear signal to the market which will be a net benefit to retail investors. I am concerned that the United States is harming investors who could benefit from a market that isn't manipulated via derivative products and we're falling behind other countries who have already evaluated and approved such a policy.
