Dear SEC Officials, Over the past few years we have seen Bitcoin and the broader crypto economy grow in adoption and importance. While many crypto projects are in their infancy and some are likely to not last the test of time, Bitcoin is different. It is a relatively resilient asset and an important financial instrument for innovation in the US. I call on the SEC to allow grayscale to convert GBTC to a spot ETF. Based on previous criteria it seems like we are passed time for approval. Thank you, Michael Noonan
