Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from NY. GBTC has been an investment for Bitcoin for a long time. You have allowed numerous futures ETFs and no spot. We are simply falling behind the rest of the world.
