Dear SEC, Please allow GBTC to convert to a spot bitcoin ETF. The SEC is not doing its duty on protecting investors by only allowing BTC future ETFs. The GBTC trust has been trading -20%+ to NAV for several months and a spot ETF would close this gap to protect investors. I am baffled how the US has been so behind this issue with several countries already having spot BTC ETFs. I hope you will consider this as a priority for this year. Regards, Aaron
