Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States are falling behind the rest of the world in this respect. The SEC should not hold back the people of the United States any longer and be putting us at a disadvantage.
