To Whom it May Concern, I would like to ask the SEC to approve the conversion of the GBTC security into a spot Bitcoin ETF. This will help with efficiencies, adoption, oversight and more accurate valuation of this important new asset class. It will also help less sophisticated investors allocate a small portion of their long term savings to Bitcoin in an easy, regulated and secure way. Freedom is also freedom of choice.
