To Whom It May Concern: Yes! The reason that I would like to see GBTC converted to an EFT is because an EFT is a better structure for holding BTC, the price would go up, and the fee would be reduced from 2 percent. GBTC is being traded at a discount right now, and the discount would disappear if it is converted. Instead of trading on the "pink sheets" it becomes more liquid. Most importantly, the value would be more in line with the price of BTC as currently the trust fluctuates above or below the BTC value. In other words, this would be all things good for the investor!
