Hello, I'm writing as a shareholder of GBTC to voice my support for the SEC to permit conversion of GBTC to a spot-ETF. An ETF would help more efficiently and effectively track the price of Bitcoin while eliminating the current premium/discount structure that unnecessarily reduces the value held in my retirement accounts. We don't need protection from a proven asset like BTC. We need freedom to invest as we see fit.
