Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Everyday more and more investors want the exposure to the asset not as a future but as a spot ETF. We are late in the game after multiple spot ETFs are launched worldwide.
