GBTC should definitely be established as a spot $BITCOIN ETF. This is essential to ensure that: 1) BTC receives the same recognition as other ETFs, 2) individuals can simplify their tax submissions AND 3) the IRS can receive the maximum and fully accounted tax reimbursement from both retail investors and corporate investors.
