My name is YUE FU, 58yrs old and resident of Delaware, I have been a retail investor for 20yrs and love to see GBTC be converted to bitcoin spot ETF. My reason is simple, BTC is a great innovation as global digital gold, it is not perfect but has a lot of strength current commodity products all lacking, I believe it also addressed many short comings of FIAT currencies, can become an alternative asset or currency especially with proper regulation. GBTC has few shortcomings compare to a spot ETF, it is from an innovative company, which continues to strive for better product offerings, a spot ETF is pushing in the right direction. I appreciate SEC is taking this matter seriously, working toward a sound regulation for the investment community to promote safty and guidence, I am confident we will see them soon, including reasonable arguments in case the conversion is rejected.
